Since we started culturing Kefir milk in summer of 2006, we have shared it to so many people already, both here in Philippines and abroad....Lately we have been receiving so many requests for kefir grains, as far as Bukidnon in Mindanao and Cagayan to the North. We have to contact some of our previous kefir recipients to ask for grains in order to accommodate new requests. If you have extra grains and willing to share it for free, please join our group and share your grains to those who are in need and are willing to take care of your extra grains. This site is intended for free sharing of Kefir grains in Philippines. Kefir grains were once given to us without any single cent that came out from our pocket, it benefited us so far. So we are sharing it for free, and would like to encourage others to do the same. There is just no way not to share them since the grains double in quantity every two weeks or so..... Lets multiply here in multiply.com. For those who are wondering what "Kefir" is, There are thousands of information about kefir in the internet, if one will google search the word “kefir” or “health benefits of kefir”. Or you can check out the links noted below. -Please let us limit this site to topics, information about free sharing of kefir grains only. -You can however post a link to your own site or others website, if you want to share other informations that are not related to Kefir or free sharing of Kefir grains. I really need to culture kefir for my son who is suffering with Autism. Can you help me acquire some kefir grains?
